"Heads" and "Tails" are two weekly e-mail circulars.  The blog was intended to replace weekly e-mails by which regular sessions were scheduled and places filled.  However, e-mails serve as useful reminders and summaries of what's going on, especially for those who have busy schedules.  From August 2008 to May 2009, the e-mails were entitled "Update" for the more routine/regular e-mail each week, and "Extra" for the occasional/frequent second e-mail each week.
